How does it work?

SHOKO provides specially developed exclusive plans that can operate in networks of different mobile operators — as long as they meet SHOKO’s high quality standards.

The starter pack is an eSIM that includes instructions and the starting balance of the chosen plan.

SHOKO works in the following countries:

Unlimited on-net calls.
5000 minutes for calls within Ukraine.

Installing SHOKO eSIM is very easy!

You will receive detailed instructions to your email.

The steps are as follows:

1. Scan the QR code you received by email.
2. Set the eSIM as your primary SIM.
3. Choose and pay for the plan as instructed — and start using it

During checkout, you can choose the activation date:

• Activate immediately, or
• Activate from the first day of the next month.

If activation is set for the 1st of the next month:
— you will receive the eSIM on the 1st, and the monthly data balance will already be active.
If activation is immediate:
— you will receive the eSIM the next business day (around 18:00).

Note: in this case, the initial data will be valid until the end of the current month, and you must pay for the next month by the 28th.

(We recommend this option if purchasing at the beginning of the month or if you need internet urgently.)

During checkout, you can choose a plan and set up a monthly subscription.
Two subscription plans are available:

• 100 GB — €26 per month
• 200 GB — €50 per month

Important: The subscription is active from the 1st to the last day of the month.
You must pay for the next month by the 28th of the current month.

SHOKO plans are designed for people who frequently travel across countries.

There are:

• No restrictions on using data in any listed country,
• No limits on how long you stay in each country,
• No need to visit the operator’s home country

As of today, there are no additional restrictions.

You can top up your account with any bank card.
Detailed instructions will be sent to your email along with the eSIM.

If you don’t top up by the 28th, your subscription will not renew and the number will be deactivated.

If you don’t need internet in the following months but plan to use it later — order the “PAUSE” service for up to 3 months.
Cost: €3.5

You must activate it before the 25th, so the line is frozen and your number is not cancelled.

If the next month is not paid and the PAUSE service is not activated — the SHOKO eSIM will be deactivated and the number will be cancelled.

The operator is currently working on adding automatic subscription payments.
This option is not yet available.

eSIM is a virtual SIM card that can be installed remotely on devices that support this technology.
It works exactly like a physical SIM card.

Below is a list of commonly supported devices. If your model is not listed but your device supports eSIM technology and is not carrier-locked, the eSIM will install and work correctly.
